Covid-19 policy

Please do not visit Level Up Entertainment if you test positive for COVID-19.

Before visiting Level Up Entertainment, please self-assess for symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19).

​

These are:

​

• A high temperature

​

• A new, continuous cough

​

• A loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste

​

If you have one or more of these symptoms (even if these symptoms are mild), please do NOT attend.

In line with government guidance, mask wearing is not mandatory at Level Up Entertainment, for customers or team members.

Anti-bacterial hand wash is available in the toilets, and hand sanitiser is available throughout the venue. Please use the hand sanitiser provided when arriving at the venue, and before using the VR equipment.

We would like to reassure our customers that you can book with us with complete confidence. Any booking you make with us can be rescheduled to a later date. In the event of lockdown – and if we’re mandated to close – you will have the option of a refund or a rescheduled date.
