Venue Accessibility

Level Up Entertainment gaming arcade is a 1st-floor venue without the capability of adding a lift. Therefore we cannot cater for those who cannot access stairs. The Level Up Entertainment Venue is therefore not suitable for wheelchairs. We do have accessible toilets, along with  with baby changing facilities. The waiting area is ground-level and wheelchair accessible

There is strobe lighting and flashing lights throughout the venue, so those with visual impairments may find the venue challenging.
